I cannot say anything but great customer service. Mr. Palmer Barr was my point of contact and he kept me fully informed the entire time. The 1st supplier I attempted to order from took my order and info only to notify me the next day that they did not have the rooftop tent in stock and didn’t have a time frame when they would get any in. I went to Overlanded website, found the tent for the same price and emailed them requesting if they had the tent in stock. I got a response back in a very short time. After I placed my order Palmer kept up to date the whole time from filling the order, to the day it shipped along with a tracking number. Delivery was a snap and had the Smittybuilt rooftop tent in my backyard in a very short time.
